Hi, I’m Alaina Deery
I'm a certified Life Coach and Reiki Master Practitioner serving the North Shore of Milwaukee, WI. I specialize in wellness, spiritual matters and life in general. Historically, it was reiki that both elevated and expedited my own healing from multiple sports injuries and a difficult bout with chronic illness. Drawing from my own personal struggles, I built a practice to assist others on their journeys to wellness. Helping clients overcome their physical, mental, and emotional health challenges gives me great joy and satisfaction.
When I'm not working, you can find me traveling, enjoying the outdoors, playing soccer and shooting my bow. I value God, family, nature, and all the moments that impact my life journey.

I chose to become a Reiki Master of two different lineages because I felt that two different approaches to reiki would benefit my clients more than just one. Incorporating the knowledge I acquired during my time of study and taking the time to practice has allowed me to become extremely in tune with others. I’ve now created my own style that includes the methods I’ve been taught, and the things I have discovered that I believe are the most beneficial to my clients.
